What we're building next: from missed-call recovery to a full AI worker suite

Revenue Recovery is the first product. Here's the honest roadmap for what's coming after it, and why we're building it in this order.

Kuppe Labs started with one specific problem: home-service businesses losing jobs to missed calls. Revenue Recovery, our missed-call text-back product, is live and solving that today. But it's the first product, not the only one, and we'd rather tell you where this is going honestly than let the roadmap stay a surprise.

Why we started with missed calls

Every business we talked to in this space had the same story: a call comes in, nobody's available, and the job goes to whoever answers next. It's a well-defined problem, with a clear before-and-after, and it's solvable without asking a contractor to change anything about how their business runs. That combination — real pain, clear fix, no disruption — is exactly what you want for a first product. Get that right before trying to do more.

What's actually next, in order

On the roadmap — none of these four is live today.

AI voice phone agent. Revenue Recovery texts back after a call is missed. The natural next layer is answering some of those calls live, in a natural voice, when no one on the team can get to the phone. This is the most requested addition, and it's first on the list for a reason.

Lead qualification. Not every inbound call is the same kind of job. Sorting urgent, high-value work from tire-kickers before it ever hits your schedule saves time on both ends — yours and the customer's.

Booking automation. Once a lead is qualified, getting it onto the calendar without another manual step closes the loop from missed call to booked job with nobody in the middle typing anything by hand.

An ROI dashboard. One screen showing calls caught, jobs recovered, and revenue won back — because we'd rather show you real numbers than ask you to trust that it's working.

None of these four are available yet. We're naming them because we're building them, not because they're ready to sell.

Why this isn't just an HVAC product, eventually

The underlying problem — a business losing revenue because a person wasn't available at the exact moment a customer needed a response — isn't unique to HVAC. It shows up in plumbing and electrical, and it shows up just as clearly in legal practices missing an after-hours intake call, dental offices with a full front desk and a ringing phone, insurance agencies, and beyond.

The plan is to build toward a broader suite of AI workers on that same foundation — automation for prospecting, marketing, and scheduling, built on real multi-agent systems and fine-tuned models where an off-the-shelf model isn't precise enough for the job. Home-service is where we're proving the model first, because it's where the problem is sharpest and the fastest to validate. The roadmap doesn't stop there.

The one rule we're holding ourselves to

We'll tell you plainly when something is ready and when it isn't. The stack behind Revenue Recovery is published openly, not hidden. When the voice agent ships, we'll say so clearly — and until then, we'd rather you know exactly what you're getting today than oversell what's still being built.
